What you'll do
I invite you to enjoy this photographic experience where you will be the main model in these two hours and you can live the incredible feeling of being in a professional photo shoot as a Mexican Catrina in a professional photo studio (Jaguar Estudio @jaguar_estudio_oax) with Juan Pablo, a professional photographer who will make you spend a very nice and fun time in these two hours of session.
We will have the participation of a wonderful and talented professional makeup artist with whom you can choose the design you like the most, the makeup is already included in this session according to your style and colors.
While you take photos, you´ll have the option to practice Spanish. I also speak English and we can have a conversation in the language you feel most comfortable with.
We will start the experience in the photographic studio where we will have tea, coffee or mezcal (or the drink of your choice) to get to know each other a little before the session and we will be able to put together the concept, light, colors, details so that the photo shoot is according to what you are looking for.
The goal of the photo shoot is to spend a fun time together while we generate a professional and quality Catrina photo shoot, the result will be photographs that could be exhibited in any magazine worldwide, maybe here you start your modeling career or simply require very good photos to update your Instagram feed or change your Facebook profile picture or you are already a model and need more photographic material, the session will be useful for various needs.
If you don't know how to pose or you get nervous in front of the camera don't worry, you are in good hands, professionals, so I will help you feel comfortable so you can enjoy these two hours and I can capture your essence and capture it in this session, it will be fun and exciting, you'll see!

The activity includes a delicious coffee or another drink (optional mezcal) in Jaguar Photo Studio.
Meet your Host, Juan Pablo Barba
Juan Pablo Barba is a highly skilled and passionate freelance Mexican photographer and avid traveler who has garnered acclaim for his work with prestigious publications such as National Geographic, Playboy, Maxim, and GQ, as well as Mexico Desconocido, among others.
With a deep appreciation for Mexican culture and its people,
he is traveling throughout the Mexican Republic capturing its most important cultural aspects and traditions for his upcoming photobook.
Currently based in Oaxaca, Juan has been passionate about photography since childhood, undertaking numerous courses to remain up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photography.
In addition to his photography work, Juan also experiences great joy from teaching photography to both national and international students.
Where we'll be
We will begin our professional photo experience on Jaguar Studio located in San Felipe del Agua.
